This is what always running late says about you.
It says: “I’m passive-aggressive.”
“I’m disorganized.”
“I don’t care about you.”
“I always put myself first.”
“I’m forgetful.”
“I’m overbooked.”
“The world revolves around me.”
“My time is more valuable than yours.”
“I’m bad at planning ahead.”
“I can’t be trusted.”
“I don’t know how to prioritize.”
The next time you’re running late, think about this:
Would you want to work with you?
Be married to you?
Be your best friend?
There’s a lot more to say, but I have to stop here so I can be on time to my next speech.
I’d hate to keep 500 people waiting.
