Example:

The Challenge: Following a successful full-day retreat with Bacardi U.S.A.’s marketing team, Curtis had ignited passion for change and improved communication between their departments. Curtis was invited back for another live event, and while he was on site at Bacardi’s headquarters with their president, several Bacardi staffer approached Curtis to say how he’d changed their life. At the time, the Bacardi president was looking to do some major restructuring within the company, and when he saw how well Curtis had connected with his employees, he knew he had to have him back.

The Solution: Employing his message of writing a new script as a focal point, Curtis Zimmerman helped to smooth transitions during a time of intense restructuring and turnover. Curtis inspired Bacardi staff to bring the passion every day, show gratitude, and embrace the new company Bacardi was becoming by applying key points of his presentation to Bacardi’s particular circumstances. These key points were sustained for months following Curtis’ live presentation with written newsletters that paired the Bacardi president’s mission with the language and metaphors of Life at Performance Level.

E-LEARNING

In the year following your event, our e-learning programs will take key concepts of Life at Performance Level and use them to improve employee engagement and to make training more interactive and enjoyable. This is not only a great way to sustain the after-affects of Curtis Zimmerman’s live performance, but it’s an opportunity to apply it in practical, quick, fun ways.

Curtis Zimmerman Group’s e-learning program is made up of five multi-media modules—each of which include videos, quizzes, discussion questions, and reading material—that can be delivered to your employees either via Curtis Zimmerman Group’s own Learning Management System (LMS) or via your organization’s internal software.

The five learning modules include:

  • Living the Dream – Gratitude
  • Be the Director – Leadership
  • Write Your Script – Brand Engagement
  • Cast Your Show – Customer Service
  • Be the Star – Teamwork

All five modules are fully customizable to support your internal objectives. Contact us to find out how Curtis Zimmerman Group’s e-learning programs can be tailored to best meet your needs.

Example:

The Challenge: A McDonald’s co-op—made up of 90 privately owned-and-operated McDonald’s restaurants in and around Dayton, Ohio—was looking for a way to better engage and retain their middle managers. In order to lower turnover of these managers, McDonald’s wanted to invest in better training and development programs that would both help the managers to find greater enjoyment and fulfillment in their day-to-day jobs, as well as show them that their McDonald’s owner operators are interested in seeing them grow in the company. While McDonald’s has a thorough training system in place for the practical skills—making food, practicing good hygiene and safety around the restaurant—they did not have programs in place that would help develop soft skills in their managers—such as customer service or brand loyalty. That’s where Curtis Zimmerman Group comes in.

The Solution: Curtis Zimmerman conducted a full-day retreat featuring his Life at Performance Level keynote and employee engagement breakout sessions with McDonald’s managers. The five e-learning were tailored to McDonald’s specific goals for the growth of their managers, designed to improve leadership skills, customer service, and communication. Each module included an online video introduction—taken from Curtis Zimmerman’s keynote and “Front Row” videos custom made for McDonald’s—a quiz, an in-store activity, discussion questions for manager, and a component that would be outward-facing to interact with the customers. CZG was able to track the progress and participation of each store via the online learning system, and Curtis Zimmerman participated in scheduled conference calls to continue to inspire engagement and field any questions about the program.

The Result: After five months of participating in the Life at Performance Level e-learning program, store satisfaction—ratings provided by customers—had gone up an average of TK%. Managers at various stores said they felt more invested in and that there was more opportunity for growth.
