Curtis opened the Retail Manager’s Annual Conference with his keynote, Living Life at Performance Level™ for shopping center managers, marketing managers and salespeople. Due to the success of his keynote, Curtis was booked to deliver an all-day leadership seminar tailored to General Managers from across the nation where the program was rated in the top percentile.

After Curtis’ initial keynote address, the leaders of Clayton Homes invited him to embark on an eight state tour with their Spring Fever Sales Rally resulting in over ten keynote addresses and culminating at their national headquarters addressing more than 2500 executives and employees in total. Clayton Homes has embraced Living Life at Performance Level™ like many companies allowing Curtis’ strategies and hands-on learning tools to reach every employee.

Curtis’ opening keynote in Puerto Rico for over 80 retail owners was rated as the highest of any program during their two day summit. Stressing the importance of sharing best practices between owners and operators. Curtis showed them that their organization could continue to grow on their own while networking with others.
A world leader in metal cutting and manufacturing technology, the company experienced over 30 percent growth after Curtis customized a program incorporating leadership, team-building and sales cooperation. Due to his impact, Curtis was invited back for three consecutive years!

After hearing Curtis at one of over fifty keynote addresses at Florida State University, a board member from the Retail Advertising Association invited him to speak at the upcoming Retail Advertising Conference for over 2000 attendees from the nations’ largest retailers. Curtis was rated in the top 1 percent with the highest scoring presentation at the conference and has since been invited to speak at two more events.

Curtis first addressed their sales team and executives with such an overwhelming response he was invited to keynote at the National Merchandisers Seminar where he customized Living Life at Performance Level into a three hour high impact training event.

Following Curtis’ presentation for the top executives at Tropical Shipping in Puerto Rico the Caribbean Hotel Association invited him to speak at their annual convention as the sponsored guest speaker. The response from this appearance has sent Curtis to exotic lands such as Anguilla in the Caribbean sharing his keynote and back to Puerto Rico for their Hotel and Tourism Association’s Convention.

While unveiling the new slogan and brand image, “The DCH Way” Curtis received “excellent” ratings for each of the four keynote addresses across the nation. The general managers and sales leaders discovered their own success strategies through Living Life at Performance Level™.

Curtis opened the annual advertising marketing conference with his keynote to key executives and managers representing grocery stores. Curtis returned a few months later to speak at the closing of the Human Resources and Training Conference.

Curtis’ keynote at a Leadership Training Forum for the global leaders from Disney parks all over the world was so well received that he was recently invited back to share his message with the creative services team in Orlando.

The Vice Wing Commander at Shaw AFB invited Curtis to share his keynote encouraging Airmen to Live Life at Performance Level during their Wingman Day event. As a result, Curtis toured other bases with five more appearances impacting over 14,000 Airmen with his message.
